Entrepreneurial Mindset

Bringing more entrepreneurship into established organizations – that is our profession.

Over decades, we have developed a multidimensional understanding of entrepreneurship. What matters most to us is viewing the entire process: from the initial idea to validation and ultimately to the successful establishment of a company.

The role of an entrepreneur differs in essential ways from that of a manager in an established organization. These differences are precisely what make the joint development of an entrepreneurial mindset so valuable – a mindset that inspires not only leaders but also employees to take responsibility, recognize opportunities, and act with courage.

A First Step

The scent of the forest, the salty air of the sea, or the view across the peaks of our planet – sometimes all it takes is a moment of clarity to discover new paths.

Treat yourself and your organization to an initial consulting session. We look forward to hearing from you.

Since 1971...

…when I first got hands‑on with the IBM 029 punch‑card machine, my journey into the world of IT began — long before “tech” became the word everyone uses today. From there, I moved through development, production, and market expansion, helping build a European computer retail chain with 753 locations, creating shop systems, implementing quality‑assurance standards in computer manufacturing, co‑founding the Highscreen Highschool, and developing a system‑house and franchise concept that I guided all the way to market launch and advisory support.

Since 1998...

...Since 1998, I’ve been leveraging my practical experience — combined with a global network of specialists built over decades — to support early‑stage startups and companies navigating entrepreneurial burnout. I also lead strategic carve‑outs as a transition manager, ensuring smooth, future‑ready transformations.
